While working with architects, civil engineers, environmental specialists we have developed a unique combination of tools to capture your project throughout its development stages. The combination of software that we use allows the project to be built in real world coordinates, allowing everything to be constructed at a 1:1 scale. Photo-simulations add another level of realism when an existing site photo becomes the backdrop for a 3d rendering.  These images are very helpful to a proposed project that needs to be seen within its surroundings. 

We prepare a photo montage where a 3D model rendering and an actual site photos are combined.  By using imaging software we layer images together to create views that show different stages of the project.  The final result is a photo-realistic rendering that gives you the look and feel of a completed project. These renderings are often called "Massing Studies"

 

 
  Note: After many tests, taking photographs of the completed project and comparing to the original photo-simulation, the results are very positive. Using the combination of GIS software, 3D modeling tools and photo imaging software has proven to produce high quality and very accurate images.
